Shearer rubber-sheathed flexible cables are designed and manufactured based on the operational environment of coal mining shearers underground. They exhibit excellent bending resistance, impact resistance, and crush resistance, ensuring safe and reliable long-term operation under complex underground conditions.

• 1.Voltage: Power core voltage ratings include  0.38/0.66kV, 0.66/1.14kV, and 1.9/3.3kV.
• 2.Product Range: Power core cross-sections range from 4 to 185 mm².
• 3.Shielding: The insulation shielding layer of the power core is easy to strip, with a transition resistance value of 500–2000 Ω.
• 4.Control Cores: Offers 3–8 control core options to meet diverse application needs, with a lifespan equivalent to that of the power cores.
• 5.Flame Resistance: Complies with MT 386 standards.
• 6.Stability: The rubber material is independently designed and produced by the company, ensuring product consistency and stability.
• 7.Intelligence: Customizable optical fiber units are available, providing optimal solutions for transmission speed, long-distance communication, and minimal network latency.
