PVC-insulated cables shall have a maximum allowable conductor temperature of 70℃ during normal operation.XLPE-insulated cables shall have a maximum allowable conductor temperature of 90℃ during normal operation.The ambient temperature during cable installation must not fall below 0℃.Flexible construction cables require a minimum bending radius of 6 times the cable’s outer diameter.Non-armored PVC-insulated cables require a minimum bending radius of 6 times the cable’s outer diameter.Non-armored XLPE-insulated cables require a minimum bending radius of 8 times the cable’s outer diameter.Armored cables and metallic tape shielded cables require a minimum bending radius of 12 times the cable’s outer diameter.
